At Baeli by Anu, every saree is crafted specially for you — made-to-order with care, precision, and intention. As a slow fashion label, we do not hold inventory or mass produce. Because of this, we do not accept returns or offer refunds. However, we do offer easy exchanges on eligible items within 7 days of delivery.
Exchange Eligibility
You may request an exchange if:
- The request is made within 7 days of receiving your order
- The product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- All original tags, labels, and packaging are intact
- The item is not customised or altered (e.g., fall/pico, blouse stitching)
- The item is not part of a final sale or discounted promotion
To initiate an exchange, email us at [Insert email] with your:
- Order ID
- Reason for exchange
- Photos (in case of damage or defect)
What Cannot Be Exchanged
We are unable to accept exchanges for:
- Products that show signs of use, wear, washing, or damage after delivery
- Requests made after 7 days from the date of delivery
- Items that have been custom-stitched, altered, or personalised
- Gift cards, accessories, or sale items
Process for Exchange
- Once your exchange request is approved, we will share the return address and instructions.
- You must ship the product back to us within 5 business days of approval using a reliable courier with tracking.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will:
- Ship the replacement product (if in stock)
- OR issue a store credit valid for 6 months, if the requested item is unavailable
- Please note: The cost of return shipping is to be borne by the customer unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an incorrect or defective item:
- Email us within 48 hours of receiving your order
- Include your order ID and clear images of the issue
- After review, we will arrange a replacement or issue store credit — at no additional cost
No Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds under any circumstances, including:
- Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
- Delayed delivery due to courier or external factors
- Custom orders
- Orders returned without approval
Policy Updates & Rights
Baeli by Anu reserves the right to decline exchange requests that do not meet the criteria listed above.
We also reserve the right to update this policy at any time without prior notice. The version available on our website at the time of your order will apply.
