At Baeli by Anu, every saree is made just for you. We follow a made-to-order approach that allows us to focus on quality, intention, and craftsmanship — rather than mass production. Because of this, our shipping timelines may be different from typical ready-to-ship brands. We’ve detailed everything you need to know below.

Production & Dispatch Timelines

  • All orders are made-to-order. Once your order is placed, we begin crafting your saree.
  • Please allow 15 to 20 business days for production before dispatch. This timeline does not include weekends or public holidays.
  • You'll be notified via email once your order is shipped.

Shipping & Delivery

  • We offer free standard shipping within India on all orders.
  • Once dispatched, delivery typically takes:
  • 2–4 business days for metro cities
  • 4–7 business days for other locations
  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary slightly due to courier delays, weather disruptions, or regional restrictions.

Order Tracking

  • As soon as your order is shipped, the details will be shared with you via email or SMS.
  • Please ensure your contact and shipping details are accurate during checkout to receive timely updates.

Address Changes

  • If you need to update your shipping address, please email us at shop@baelibyanu.com within 24 hours of placing your order.
  • Once your order is in production or shipped, the address can no longer be changed.

Failed Deliveries & Re-Shipping

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incomplete, incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we’ll get in touch with you.
  • In such cases, the cost of re-shipping will need to be covered by you. We do not offer cancellations or refunds on returned parcels due to delivery failure.

International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping. However, we’re working on it and hope to deliver globally soon.

Things to Keep in Mind

  • We work with trusted courier partners, but Baeli is not liable for delays, damage, or loss that occur once the package is with the shipping provider.
  • In the rare event of a shipment issue, we will do our best to assist and coordinate with the courier on your behalf.
  • We are unable to guarantee delivery by a specific date, especially during peak seasons or unforeseen events.
